At 11.3% ABV, the Rochefort 10 is pretty up front about what you’ll find inside. Once you get past the high intensity alcohol nose you’re rewarded with an incredible cherry/fig flavor floating in the middle of a malt fog. Despite this I think I like the Rochefort 8 better.
